Green Brothers Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth processes across recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Ability to use HR digital tools and HRIS systems.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
